About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our young people, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to our young people, helping them to manage their mental health and wellbeing
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 21 years or older due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving license essential due to locations of the homes
  • No experience necessary, but a caring and compassionate approach is essential
