About This Opportunity
Are you a dedicated Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist seeking to make a meaningful impact in your community? Bury North CMHT is a welcoming and supportive team currently looking for a skilled Band 5 or 6 practitioner to fill a maternity leave position. This role offers the flexibility of being either a fixed-term contract or a secondment, lasting between six to nine months depending on hours worked.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Community Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in promoting recovery and upholding the principles of the 'Recovery' model within mental health. You will have the opportunity to:
- Manage your own caseload of patients.
- Provide support and guidance during duty shifts.
- Participate actively in Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings and referral processes.
