You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status, considering their unique circumstances and potential trauma.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that address patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor patient responses to treatment.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support patients' emotional well-being and coping skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
Qualifications and Experience:

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Nurses who possess:

  • A valid nursing license and registration with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Experience working in a correctional or similar setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
