Transport Customer Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Transport Customer Account Manager to join our team at Ideal Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient management of our clients' transport requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily transport volume needs of assigned clients, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Liaise with distribution centers and subcontractors to arrange and confirm delivery schedules.
  • Review and process invoices, addressing any discrepancies or queries promptly.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the wider transport team to maintain high standards of operational performance.
