Job Title: HR Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our human resources function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collate and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information
* Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
* Manage holiday bookings and ensure accurate recording of employee leave
* Process and respond to employee enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Prepare and distribute data and literature packs to employees
* Coordinate the preparation and distribution of contracts and other employment-related documents
* Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date, and that all documents are completed correctly
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a personnel or HR role
* Studying towards a CIPD qualification or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary of £30-35,000
* 5 days a week in office, with 20 days annual leave
