Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Haematology Secretarial Team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced secretary to provide a comprehensive and efficient secretarial service to the Haematology Team.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a busy environment, and have a good general education to include GCSE English or equivalent.

Main Duties of the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to the Haematology Team

• Maintaining accurate records and databases

• Utilizing Microsoft Office package and hospital EPR system

• Liaising with colleagues and patients to ensure effective communication
