MIS Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Analyst to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of SLA Online, setting up new products and services, and providing analytical support to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on overall day-to-day management of SLA Online
• Set up new SLA products and services
• Provide analytical support to the business
• Manage creation of new accounts
• Support business with marketing and sales campaigns
• Contribute to business improvement by reviewing and implementing changes to the SLA Online system and process

Requirements

• Good IT skills, ideally in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good communication skills
• Education sector background, but not essential
• Ability to learn and use bespoke IT systems
• Flexible with the demands of the team and overall business
• Data administration skills to understand how to access and manage data required to support the business
