MIS Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Analyst to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on the day-to-day management of SLA Online, including setting up products and services for annual refresh and managing the biennial rollover of existing SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on overall day-to-day management of SLA Online
• Set up all SLA products and services for annual product refresh
• Manage biennial rollover of existing SLAs
• Provide analytical support for the business, working with both qualitative and quantitative data
• Manage creation of new accounts, especially from maintained settings to academy settings
• Support business with marketing and sales campaigns
• Contribute to business improvement by reviewing, suggesting, and implementing change to the SLA Online system and process

Requirements:

• Good IT skills, ideally in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good communication skills
• Education sector background, but not essential
• Ability to learn and use bespoke IT systems, i.e., SLA Online
• Flexible with the demands of the team and overall business
• Have data administration skills to understand how to access and manage data required to support the business and its analytical requirements on a day-to-day basis
