Job Title: Member Services Manager
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will support the Member Services Team and provide exceptional customer service to members and supply chain partners. A key focus will be on identifying new members, sending and tracking membership packs, and ensuring the team is informed of all developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Member Services Team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Identify potential new members, send and track membership packs, and keep the team informed.
- Assist in drafting management and agent reports, conduct competitor analysis, and run operational reports for the COO, Director, and Board.
- Organize review meetings for clients, attend key client meetings, and track follow-up actions.
- Draft member review reports, create social media content, and send bulk emails.
Requirements:
- Customer service and account management experience.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Desirable: experience in Social Housing or similar sectors, and a basic understanding of Procurement.
