Job Title: Member Services Manager

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will support the Member Services Team and provide exceptional customer service to members and supply chain partners. A key focus will be on identifying new members, sending and tracking membership packs, and ensuring the team is informed of all developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Member Services Team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Identify potential new members, send and track membership packs, and keep the team informed.
  • Assist in drafting management and agent reports, conduct competitor analysis, and run operational reports for the COO, Director, and Board.
  • Organize review meetings for clients, attend key client meetings, and track follow-up actions.
  • Draft member review reports, create social media content, and send bulk emails.

Requirements:

  • Customer service and account management experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • Desirable: experience in Social Housing or similar sectors, and a basic understanding of Procurement.
