Job Description:- Support students with SEMH needs in a variety of settings, including classrooms and small group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized plans, addressing the unique needs of each student.
- An understanding of SEMH principles and practices, including knowledge of relevant theories and models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
- A competitive salary of £90-£100 per day, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting student well-being.
