About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Programming and Partnerships Officer - Heritage and Culture. This role will play a key part in developing and delivering a programme of events and activities that showcase the rich heritage and cultural significance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a programme of events and activities that engage diverse audiences and promote the cultural and historical significance of our properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with community groups, partners, and stakeholders to develop and deliver programmes that meet their needs and interests.
- Work closely with the Senior Programming and Partnerships Manager to develop and implement a strategic plan for programming and partnerships across the organisation.
- Manage budgets and resources to deliver programmes and activities that meet the needs of our audiences and stakeholders.
- Supervise volunteers and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality programmes and activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and delivering programmes of events and activities that engage diverse audiences.
- Strong relationships with community groups, partners, and stakeholders, with a track record of building and maintaining effective partnerships.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources to deliver programmes and activities that meet the needs of our audiences and stakeholders.
- Experience of supervising volunteers and providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality programmes and activities.
