Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Basingfield Court Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, supporting them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans.
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Encourage residents to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
