We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Positive Intervention Practitioner/Social Care Worker at Oakley Lodge in Basingstoke. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.

About the Role
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and help with feeding, in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Follow care plan guidance and company policies and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Attend and complete training as required to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centered care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that promote the independence and well-being of our residents.
