Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Synergize Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead complex projects and drive business growth.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations. Your expertise in systems engineering processes and technical design reviews will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts and contribute to system performance improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, along with at least 7 years of related experience.
  • Expertise in systems engineering processes, ideally across all phases of the V-model.
  • Familiarity with engineering technical standards and best practices.
  • Proficiency in writing scopes of work and setting acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Dimension RM, and DOORS.
  • Security clearance eligibility.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment

You will work from our office location, with occasional on-site visits required. The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed.
