About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a specialist mental health service, we provide a range of psychological therapies and interventions to support individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide highly specialist psychological assessment and treatment to clients with complex mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with client harm, abuse, or neglect.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff members and contribute to the development of the service.
  • Participate in service evaluation and research activities to inform service development and improvement.
