About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Paediatrics at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to children and families. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify psychological and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Postgraduate doctoral level training in applied psychology.
  • HCPC registration as an Applied Psychologist with Chartered Status.
  • Experience of working with children and families in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
