About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic leadership role, overseeing seven national locations for a flagship client. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing multiple operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDentify and capitalise on new business opportunities, collaborating with operations managers to maximise site profitability
  • Develop and agree site business plans in partnership with directors and clients, focusing on growth strategies and annual budgets
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and information exchange
  • Work closely with site managers to increase and maintain profitability, implementing actions as needed
  • Plan and support site marketing initiatives, prioritising creativity, professionalism, and relevance
  • Recruit, develop, and appraise site managers, identifying training needs and ensuring effectiveness in their roles
  • Champion and monitor health and safety, food hygiene, EMS, and HR procedures across all sites
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements, maintaining consistent standards across all locations
  • Prioritise a creative approach to food and service, exceeding Lexington's and client expectations
  • Manage weekly/monthly financial performance, invoicing, and client reporting, providing relevant supporting data
  • Collaborate with operations directors to develop retention strategies and contribute to achieving company-wide business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in group site management, ideally with a turnover of circa £3 million
  • Detailed knowledge of the B&I catering sector, with commercial (hotels and restaurants) knowledge advantageous
  • Previous experience in managing hospitality (fine dining), café, and staff restaurant environments
