Job Summary
Eden Scott is seeking a highly analytical Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels at interpreting data, analysing trends, and making recommendations to improve business outcomes. The successful candidate will have experience in managing contracts, projects, and key accounts in industries that involve project-based work and commercial operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for data analysis and reporting, risk and issue management, contract and financial management, project support and analytics, customer and account insights, and budgeting and forecasting. They will also possess strong financial forecasting and modelling skills, excellent communication skills for presenting data insights, and a solid understanding of cash flow, cost management, and profitability analysis.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data-driven decision-making, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse customer activity, project performance, and financial metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Analyse contract terms, changes, and disputes using data to inform negotiations and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contract & Financial Management: Track cash flow, costs, and project profitability.
  • Project Support & Analytics: Work closely with the Project Delivery Manager to monitor project performance from a financial perspective.
  • Customer & Account Insights: Build and maintain strong client relationships using data insights.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed financial forecasts and track variances.

Requirements
  • Data & Analytical Expertise: Strong proficiency in analysing financial and operational data.
  • Contract & Project Management: Experience in managing contracts and projects.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple data streams.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of cash flow, cost management, and profitability analysis.
  • Customer-Centric: Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships using insights derived from data analysis.
