We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Managing the front desk and reception area
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Preparing and sending correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and files
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist in a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
