Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new job opportunity for an Administrator Support to join a leading and well-known and growing business in the Shoreham area on a permanent basis.

**Your duties will include**:

- Ordering new equipment
- Owning the relationship between supplier and customer ensuring smooth implementation
- Input into CRM/order management system
- Chase, update and follow through to completion on all orders, including escalations
- Responsible for engaging with various business teams to understand and improve delivery processes, workflows, role modelling, certification, reporting and notification processes
- Owning the relationship between supplier and customer ensuring smooth implementation
- Billings and invoicing
- Liaising with customer contacts and suppliers
- Working with other teams within the business to deliver customer solutions

**Key requirements**:

- Previous experience within customer services within a professional services environment
- Experience with administration for a medium to large size business
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,803.93-£25,009.14 per year
