Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience as an EA in a Tier 1/2 private equity portfolio company is essential.

  • A strong communicator and collaborator, confident across all levels, is necessary for fostering a positive work culture.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, managing logistics, creating presentations, compiling documentation, drafting agendas, taking minutes, producing reports, and setting up IT systems for video conferencing are key responsibilities.
  • Assist with ELT projects and initiatives, providing high-level administrative support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, private equity owners, and suppliers.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage associated logistics.
  • Support the planning and execution of company-wide and ELT events.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks, such as maintaining supplies and ensuring the ELT Cube is fully equipped.
