About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Search Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt of orders from clients, processing them through various online ordering platforms, and keeping clients updated on the progress of their orders. You will also be responsible for returning completed orders to clients in a timely and professional manner.

We offer full training to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. This includes product information, IT training, and risk and compliance training such as Data Protection, Equality & Diversity, and Anti-Bribery.

Your Responsibilities

* Manage your own department within the administrative team, ensuring effective time management and meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets
* Develop a clear understanding of individual clients' businesses and requirements
* Listen to client requirements and respond promptly to ensure they are met in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to incoming email and phone enquiries to develop, maintain, and expand relationships with existing clients
* Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to chase search results and keep clients updated
