Manufacturing Sales Lead

The Role:
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth targets are met.
- Establish and proactively manage relationships at multiple levels to achieve key commercial objectives within specified customers and overall strategy.
- Develop and manage customer contract agreements, aligning them with business priorities.
- Optimize results by managing customer relationships and internal relationships across departments (Operations, Finance, Technical & Product Development).
- Ensure forecast accuracy meets account targets and collaborate to implement necessary changes, leading to a volume forecast that beats annual budgets.
- Prioritize and execute clear plans to meet budgets.
- Provide accurate rolling weekly sales outlook and proactive plans to gap fill.
Requirements:
- FMCg food & drink experience is highly advantageous.
- At least 2 years of Account Management experience.
- Evidence of strong financial controls and commercial awareness.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and creative abilities.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
