This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Referral to Treatment Team and Cancer Information and Systems Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering trust-wide solutions in data and reporting.
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will work closely with our RTT and Cancer Information Leads to analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and deliver information in clear and understandable formats. You will lead specific project work streams, deliver projects to tight deadlines, and collaborate with colleagues, senior managers, clinicians, and directors.
You will utilize your knowledge of data flows, data processing skills, reporting, and advanced analytics to maintain effective data processing and submission of complex information in accordance with service level agreements and local, statutory, and national requirements.

This program aims to promote trust values and behaviors, develop leadership effectiveness, and equip you with the skills to champion, lead, and complete quality improvement within your role.
Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience working with SQL, ETL processes, and business process automation. You will also have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Access and Excel, as well as data analytical, evaluation, and system development skills. A degree or equivalent experience in a computing-related subject is essential, and relevant project management qualifications or professional certifications in the Business Intelligence field are desirable.
