Clinical Implementation Consultant

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a Clinical Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering successful implementation projects, ensuring on-time schedule completion and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project scope aligns with contracted customer expectations.
- Design and implement effective project plans to ensure timely completion of projects assigned.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process.
- Evaluate and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train clients on the use of CliniSys software products.
- Responsible for performing onsite and remote services for clients.
- Ensure that all projects are completed to a high standard, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
