Job Description

This role involves working on the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of various types of automatic door systems. As an Advanced Access System Technician, you'll be responsible for traveling across different regions, sometimes beyond, and working collaboratively as part of a team while also handling individual tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and servicing of automatic doors
  • Identification and rectification of technical issues
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal communication
  • Daily coordination with the office for scheduling tasks and submitting completed digital paperwork
  • Site visits for reactive responses, scheduled maintenance, and installations involving various automatic doors

Essential Criteria

  • Valid full driving license
  • Proven experience in automatic door maintenance
  • Registration with ADSA or ADIA
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Capacity to function independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Enhanced DBS check
