Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Payroll Systems Specialist to join our team at Guidant Global. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain our SAP payroll system, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and policies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with functional experts and other stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  2. Analyse business requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Evaluate and implement SAP updates and change packages.
  4. Develop and maintain test scripts for payroll implementation.
  5. Support the configuration and development of various Payroll projects.

Requirements:

  1. Strong experience in SAP HR, particularly in Payroll domain.
  2. Proficient in SAP ABAP and SAP FICO.
  3. Ability to deliver complex payroll projects.
  4. Excellent technical skills in SAP HR, WorkDay, and Google Applications.
  5. Advanced English language proficiency.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
