About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for processing overpayments, supporting pension scheme reconciliation, and providing expert guidance to employees. Your knowledge of payroll software and Excel will be instrumental in driving accuracy and efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve overpayment issues in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with pension providers to ensure accurate contributions and timely reporting, upholding the highest standards of integrity and reliability.
  • Contribute to payroll audits and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with colleagues to implement positive changes.
  • Offer clear, concise advice to employees on payroll and pensions-related matters, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to excellent service delivery.
