About the Role

As a Senior SAP Payroll Systems Specialist, you will be working as part of the Reward Operations team in the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement new SAP payroll systems in accordance with business requirements, policies, and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. You will ensure seamless communication between functional experts, HRIS experts, and external stakeholders.
  2. Analyse detailed business requirements while considering the implications of existing payroll configurations.
  3. Evaluate the impact of evolutions on local and global environments and assess their consistency.
  4. Select and deliver the most appropriate technical SAP solution.
  5. Develop test scripts to support successful implementation.
  6. Evaluate the impact of SAP updates and change packages, ensuring required configurations are updated accordingly.
  7. Contribute to the configuration and development of various other Payroll projects, applying expertise in payroll/pensions systems for successful implementation.

Key Skills:

  1. Demonstrated experience in SAP HR, specifically in the Payroll domain.
  2. Proven expertise in SAP ABAP.
  3. Experience in SAP FICO.
  4. Proven track record in delivering complex payroll projects.
  5. Excellent technical skills in SAP HR, WorkDay, and Google Applications.
  6. Advanced English language proficiency is required for this position.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
