
Test Technician for Propulsion Systems

About this Job:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Test Technician for Propulsion Systems to join our CV-Library team. As a key member of the Engineering team, you will contribute to the installation and setup of instrumentation and automation system configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, working with the Engineering team to deliver effective solutions.
- Run test cells using automated and manual operations, progressing to complex calibration tasks with support from Engineering and Calibration teams.
- Contribute to the setup of instrumentation and automation system configuration as required by the Engineering team.
- Take ownership of equipment and hardware in the test cell.
Requirements:
- C&G and/or Full Apprenticeship qualifications or equivalent in Automotive Engineering.
- A sound automotive background, preferably within a test cell environment.
Salary and Benefits: Up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
