Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to join our team at Paragraf Ltd. As a Computer Systems Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our computer systems, as well as providing technical assistance to users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and support of computer systems, including hardware and software.
  • Installation and configuration of new equipment and software.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
  • Providing technical assistance to users via email, phone, and in-person.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a group personal pension plan, private health insurance, and share option scheme.

This is a full-time position working primarily in the office environment with occasional homework during projects subject to agreement. Some out-of-hours evening or weekend work may be required on occasion.
