Business Analyst - Salesforce

Crimson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Birmingham. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing business analysis and design expertise for Salesforce solutions and other IT and business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support customer applications and objects within Salesforce, tailored for one of our clients' businesses and its clients.
  • Manage stakeholders during the discovery phase to elicit and capture requirements for new projects and modifications to existing Salesforce solutions.
  • Assist the project or change sponsor in drafting clear requirements that can be effectively translated into technical specifications for internal teams and third-party developers/configurators.
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce development best practices and clearly communicate requirements and process flows for various projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive business analysis documentation and act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, third parties, clients, and other relevant parties to ensure successful solution delivery for the business.
Requirements:
  • Strong Business Analyst experience
  • Salesforce experience is essential
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of integrating third-party applications with Salesforce via API
