A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join our client's team in Birmingham. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing business analysis and design expertise, mainly for Salesforce solutions, as well as other IT and business change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, Development, and Support of Customer Applications: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting customer applications and objects within Salesforce, tailored for one of the client's businesses and its clients.
- Stakeholder Management: You will manage stakeholders during the discovery phase to elicit and capture requirements for new projects and modifications to existing Salesforce solutions.
- Requirements Management: You will assist the project or change sponsor in drafting clear requirements that can be effectively translated into technical specifications for internal teams and third-party developers/configurators.
- Process Mapping and Optimization: You will create process maps for anticipated future workflows, recommending optimal implementation strategies using Salesforce and related technologies.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will collaborate with IT development teams, provide guidance on Salesforce development best practices, and facilitate requirements and solution workshops.
- Test Planning and Execution: You will assist in the creation and execution of test plans as part of change release management.
- Business Analysis Documentation: You will prepare comprehensive business analysis documentation.
- Liaison and Communication: You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, third parties, clients, and other relevant parties to ensure successful solution delivery for the business.
Requirements:
- Strong Business Analyst Experience: You will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in designing, developing, and supporting customer applications and objects within Salesforce.
- Salesforce Experience: You will have experience working with Salesforce, including creating process maps, recommending optimal implementation strategies, and collaborating with IT development teams.
- Business Analysis Skills: You will have excellent business analysis skills, including requirements management, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, development teams, and third parties.
