We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our luxury golf club's restaurant in Surrey.

**Job Description:**

  • Assist the Head Chef in leading and managing the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring all dishes are executed to perfection and according to established recipes and standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu development, costing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Culinary qualification from a recognized culinary institution preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior role in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
