An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a dynamic team in south London/Surrey.

About the Role

As a skilled Leasehold Enfranchisement Specialist, you will be working in a close-knit team, with a senior member of staff who runs the department as well as some support staff. The role has come about due to an increase in work in leasehold enfranchisement and the team now needs another senior fee-earner to help support their clients.

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in handling complex leasehold enfranchisement matters. Ability to provide accurate, up-to-date legal advice on topics such as collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, right of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, and Right to Manage under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2022. Proficient in managing tribunal or court applications when required.
