About the Role:

We are recruiting an EMEA Payroll Manager who will be part of our international organization, looking after several global brands.

Main Duties:
  • Manage the implementation of new legislative requirements such as the EU’s AEoR directive. The goal is always to achieve near 100% compliance rates while minimizing costs and remaining below the radar of HMRC inspectors.
  • Create user-friendly online services for employees to self-manage their payroll data.
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest trends and developments within European payroll and suggest improvements to management where applicable.
Education Requirements:
  • Certified practitioner status, CIPP/E or APA certification highly desirable.
  • Other qualifications relevant to payroll administration are a plus.
