Job Opportunity: EMEA Payroll Senior Specialist

Location: London, UK

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Payroll Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team in London. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for managing payroll functions across Europe, including compensation, tax compliance, and benefits administration for our regional employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately calculate and process payroll across European countries, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Maintain precise records, manage employee benefits enrolment, and respond to payroll inquiries.
  • Stay informed on European payroll legislation changes and collaborate with HR to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Contribute to special projects focused on improving payroll efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, with specific expertise in European payroll.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or Italian is preferred.
  • Must have experience in Spain, Italy, and Germany.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and strong Microsoft Office skills.
