Product Designer - Digital Transformation Opportunity

About the Role:

  • Lead the development of our Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and commercial needs.
  • Design and prototype user experiences, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and refine designs.
  • Conduct A/B testing to validate design hypotheses.
  • Work closely with the development team to provide design specifications and annotations.
  • Drive user research initiatives to inform design directions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in defining and executing design strategies that deliver measurable impact.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Deep commitment to user-centric design principles and expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, AEM, and Adobe Target.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, driving business growth through innovative design solutions.
  • Experience designing for native mobile and web with a focus on beautiful interface design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing strategic and creative work.
