We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our high-performing project teams in London. As a Fit-out Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery to the highest standard of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update the construction programme with the Contracts Manager to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Determine staff resources for your project and communicate effectively with your team.
  • Implement Flynn's Safety System and establish a strong safety culture on your project.
  • Manage project quality over the lifecycle and ensure build quality meets expectations.
  • Work with the commercial team to deliver agreed commercial objectives for your project.

Requirements:

  • Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Data Centre experience is desirable.
  • Experience working on fit-out projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex projects.
  • Strong numeracy and report writing skills.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office, Project, or similar scheduling packages.

Flynn offers a competitive remuneration package, including base salary, pension, life assurance, healthcare, and car allowance or company vehicle.
