Construction Project Manager

A leading specialist engineering contractor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead a high-profile Data Centre project in London.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting/main contracting and a proven track record in delivering large-scale industrial projects from cradle to grave.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Manage sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels, and facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment.
- Monitor and report direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to the time administrator for centralized tracking.
- Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the internal weekly progress report, ensuring accurate and timely updates from project supervisors.
- Record weekly safety statistics and project labour projections to inform strategic decisions.
- A trade background and 5-7 years of experience managing large projects and sub-contractors.
