Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Basic knowledge of financial and cost controls
