Technical Manager - Audio Visual Production

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our team in the West Midlands. As a key member of our audio visual production team, you will be responsible for supporting all technical requirements in the warehouse as well as the project management team.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading Audio Visual events production company that works with some of the UK's leading events agencies to supply a range of audio, video, lighting, and streaming equipment for live and hybrid events.

From conferences to product launches, brand activations to festivals, they work on a wide range of events. With a warehouse brimming with high-tech AV equipment, lighting, and staging, they are now looking for a Technical Manager to join their busy team.

About the Job

The Technical Manager will be the technical specialist and will support both the warehouse team as well as the freelance crew and Project Management team. You will also oversee the prepping and testing of equipment by the warehouse team and ensure that the rental equipment is kept in order and updated to current standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Technical experience in working with audio visual equipment for live events and corporate events is a must-have within a rental company or production house.
  • Oversee the prepping and testing of equipment by the warehouse team.
  • Ensure that the rental equipment is kept in order and updated to current standards.
  • Support both the warehouse team and the freelance crew and Project Management team.

About You
