Technical Manager - Audio Visual Production

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team in the West Midlands. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all technical requirements in the warehouse as well as the project management team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the prepping and testing of equipment by the warehouse team
* Ensure that the rental equipment is kept in order and updated to current standards
* Support both the warehouse team and the freelance crew
* Procure kit and implement cost-saving measures for the business
* Maintain the rental fleet and ensure compliance

**Requirements:**

* Technical experience in working with audio visual equipment for live events and corporate events
* Experience in a rental company or production house
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
