They will be able to build and maintain good relationships through a trust-based approach and demonstrate flexibility in problem-solving.

The successful candidate will also have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to implement changes efficiently and effectively. They will be committed to continuous improvement processes and procedures and be able to articulate these to others clearly.
