About the Role
- Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and business development
- Network with schools, multi-academy trusts, contractors, and architects to understand their buying needs
- Identify and act on new business development opportunities and emerging market trends
- Collaborate with the Head of New Business and Sales Team to convert opportunities into sales
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term success
- Assist in preparing quotes and ensuring sales targets are met
- Utilize our market-leading CRM to track, manage, and report on sales activity
Requirements
- A relationship-builder with a knack for building rapport and trust-building in a telemarketing environment
- A confident communicator who thrives in a telesales-based role, reaching new customers and prospects
- Energetic, persuasive, and naturally curious to gather valuable information and turn into business development
- A skilled networker across phones, video calls, LinkedIn, and social media
