About the Role

  • Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and business development
  • Network with schools, multi-academy trusts, contractors, and architects to understand their buying needs
  • Identify and act on new business development opportunities and emerging market trends
  • Collaborate with the Head of New Business and Sales Team to convert opportunities into sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term success
  • Assist in preparing quotes and ensuring sales targets are met
  • Utilize our market-leading CRM to track, manage, and report on sales activity

Requirements

  • A relationship-builder with a knack for building rapport and trust-building in a telemarketing environment
  • A confident communicator who thrives in a telesales-based role, reaching new customers and prospects
  • Energetic, persuasive, and naturally curious to gather valuable information and turn into business development
  • A skilled networker across phones, video calls, LinkedIn, and social media
