Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd in Maidstone. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing full range of payroll duties including annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly payrolls.

You will prepare and draft documents such as pay slips, P45s and P60's, and process Real Time Information (RTI) submissions to HMRC. Additionally, you will process end of year reconciliations and tax code changes, ensuring compliance with tax, NI, and pension contributions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience working in a busy payroll function and hold Grade C and above at GCSE English & Maths. You will also possess an in-depth understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
