Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Account Manager to join our team in the North East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving net growth and increasing product penetration into our existing customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement account plans to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities using Daisy CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management roles, preferably in the telecoms industry.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results-driven delivery.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
