Asset Maintenance Planner

At INEOS Grangemouth, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating detailed Asset Maintenance plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain Asset work breakdown structures, schedule reports, and resource assignments.
- Ensure planned work is reviewed, scheduled, and included in the Asset maintenance plan.
- Accountable for the asset maintenance schedule and ensuring timely development of plans/programmes.
- Manage and upkeep of the Work Breakdown Structure and contractor planning/scheduling.
- Strong understanding of planning tools such as Primavera and software such as SAP, Maximo.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to follow and implement company planning processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to report recommendations and justification.
- Commitment to improvement of SHE performance.
