Job Opportunity:

Prospero Teaching is seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Tutor to provide 1:1 support to young people who are currently not accessing mainstream education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Work collaboratively with students, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Strong understanding of SEND policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
