Multidisciplinary Educator

Step Teachers is seeking an exceptional Secondary School Teacher to join their team in Exeter. This part-time role, Monday to Wednesday, requires a skilled educator who can effectively teach both MFL and Food Technology subjects to students.
The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum for French and Spanish, as well as strong organisational skills to maintain a safe and professional learning environment. They will also be able to work collaboratively with other staff members and provide constructive feedback to students.
MFL and Food Technology Teacher Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements
- Assess student progress, monitor their development, and provide actionable feedback
- Work effectively with colleagues to achieve departmental and school goals
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to school policies
MFL and Food Technology Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Recent experience in mainstream Secondary Schools, either as a Food Technology or MFL teacher
- Excellent classroom management and behaviour control
- Possession of relevant qualifications or training related to either subject specialism
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
